Olympic Air offers an HVAC Maintenance Plan in St. Augustine and surrounding Northeast Florida communities to help homeowners and businesses keep their systems on a regular service schedule.

There is no membership fee. The maintenance agreement simply helps us stay organized, keep track of your system, and get you scheduled for routine service.

Maintenance is billed at $100 per unit, per service visit.

What Is Included in HVAC Maintenance?

A routine maintenance visit may include:

  • Condensate drain line cleaning
